この規格は，主として自動車に使用するプリベリングトルク部を有し，かつ六 価クロムフリー表面処理を施す戻り止め六角ナット（以下ナットという）について規定する。

備考1.　この規格で定める項目以外はすべてＩＳＤ－Ｃ１０―５０１（六角ナット）によること。

2.　この規格の中で用いる単位及び数値は，国際単位計（ＳＩ）によるものであり，｛　｝ を付けて示してある単位及び，数値は従来単位によるものであって，参考として併記 したものである。

This standard covers self-locking nut(hereafter called "nut") which has prevailing torque portion mainly for automobile use and is finished with hexavalent-chromium free surface treatment.
